We’re proud of our Freshly Crafted small-batch care that gives our meats ridiculously fresh, homemade flavor without the dried spices or excess sugar. It’s definitely a slower way of doing things, but we think you’ll taste the difference.
HATCH GREEN CHILES
Dried spices will never give you the kick of a farm-fresh chile. That’s why we partner with farmers in New Mexico’s Hatch Valley to get ripe chiles for our smoky, flame-roasted recipe. Made with 0 g of sugar per serving and real green chile oils, our Shorty® Sausages have just the right heat.
Many folks just mix dried spices into their chorizo sausages. But we aren’t most folks. Each small batch of our Chorizo & Lime Smoked Shorty® Sausages are made with real lime juice, 0 g of sugar per serving, and roughly 15 lbs. of freshly chopped cilantro per batch. That’s not snobbery. That’s standard.
